Product Details
The coffee comes from a loosely banded group. They claim to have some very old coffee trees dating back at least 100 years. This is not a surprise considering the long history of coffee in this region dating back to Dutch colonizers. The altitude of Kahayya ranges from 1400 to 1800 MASL. I was hesitant to bring this coffee in as the descriptors of my supplier were unappealing. I am happy that I did though. This coffee is a delightful surprise.
