Micro lot - Brazil: Laura Junqueira

Laura Junqueira is a third-generation Coffee farmer who, along with her father, runs the 150 Hectare farm. The farm was originally planted in coffee in the mid-1800s. It is located in the Serra da Mantiqueira of the Minas Gerais. The coffees are planted above 1200 MASL. Try this as an espresso!
Cupping Notes:

• Dry Grounds: Sweet, cocoa, and nuts.
• Wet Grounds: Cocoa, nuts, berry.
• In the Cup: Soft cherry, nuts, cocoa, dark sugar.
• Mouthfeel: Silky, round, viscous
• Finish: Gently lingering with pleasant cocoa notes.
• Varietals: Mundo Novo, Acaià, Catuai Amarelo, Araza, Catucai.
