This coffee comes from small-holder farmers in Kebele, Buku Sayisa within the Guji Zone. The region is situated between 2100 and 2300 MASL. This coffee is made up of coffees from several hundred different farmers, most with only a few hundred coffee trees. Sorting out imperfect coffee cherries extends all the way from the farm through the drying process.
Cupping Notes:
- Dry Grounds: Fruity cherry, bourbon, spice.
- Wet Grounds: Aromatic bourbon, fruit, and spice.
- In the Cup: Bourbon, cherry, blueberry, bergamot zest.
- Mouthfeel: Full, round, lush.
- Finish: Sweetly lingering with gentle tannic notes.
