Holiday Blend: This year, our applewood-roasted Holiday Blend was specially selected from Central America and Africa. This city+ roasted coffee shows characteristics of creamy cocoa, stone fruit, and spice.

Cowboy Roast: Call this our House Blend. Inspired by the cowboys on the Nevada frontier, this full-city roasted blend brings out the best of the Western experience. Fruity acidity mellowed with tones of chocolate. Wonderful any time of the day.

Ethiopia Yrgacheffe is a classic Ethiopian coffee, gently roasted for a bright and lively citrusy acidity. Floral notes dominate the aroma, with hints of vanilla tempered by mocha and pecan lingering briefly in a rather gentle finish.

Desperado: This organically grown blend of Central American coffees is roasted to a moderately dark level for a rich full-bodied coffee-drinking experience. Look for flavors of dark chocolate, caramel, and roasted nuts.
