Here you will be able to create your own personalized, worry-free subscription plan. Right now we offer monthly subscriptions on specific coffees. And for those really craving our coffee more often, we are hoping to offer bimonthly subscription options in the near future.
This is how it works:
- Make your coffee selection(s)
- Choose subscription (or one time purchase)
We roast Monday through Friday except for holidays.
Your coffee will ship on the first roasting day after payment is received. This will continue according to your plan while your subscription is in effect.
If we cannot fill your order as requested, we will contact you about substitution options.
Your card will be charged at the most recent list price plus shipping.

Recurring Subscriptions
We are pleased you selected Wood-Fire Roasted Coffee Company for your coffee-drinking needs.
- We stand behind our products. If you have a quality issue with any of our products that you have received, please contact us either by email: info@woodfireroasted.com or telephone: 775-856-2033, so we can assist with replacing any product.
- You are ordering a food product; we cannot resell anything after it has left our possession. If you must cancel your order, please do so prior to shipping.
- Your order will be placed with us automatically. We roast Monday through Friday. We will ship your order as soon as possible after we receive it. This will be the next roasting day after the order is received. You will receive a payment notice and a separate shipping notice when your order is shipped.
- Your order will be shipped via the carrier you requested. Expect 3-7 days for transit.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you would like to pause your subscription, i.e., while on vacation etc., simply cancel it, and then start it back up when you are ready to proceed again.
