We take a special blend of Guatemala, Antigua, Huehuetenango, and Quetzaltenango, then let it cure in bourbon barrels until the essence of the aged liquor infuses with the green coffee. Then we roast it to perfection over an oak wood fire. This limited-release coffee has been sealed in a whiskey barrel from a local distillery, High Mark Distillery and Barrel House.
