Each month our Coffee Club members receive a special coffee that exemplifies the coffee’s origin and our roast style. This is an excellent way to sample a diverse selection of the world’s finest coffees without breaking the bank — and lock in your price (which includes shipping).

August: El Salvador Honey Process Cerro Las Ranas
This coffee is grown by Jose Antonio Salaverria and his sons in Apaneca Ahuachapán, El Salvador, in volcanic loam between 1450 and 1780 MASL. The red cherries are processed, and the mucilage-covered seeds are taken straight to elevated tables on the patio to dry.
Cupping Notes:
- Dry Grounds: Floral, nutty, caramel, chocolate.
- Wet Grounds: Fruity, floral, caramel, cocoa.
- In the Cup: Apple and cherry fruit tones, floral, and raw honey.
- Mouthfeel: Crisp and lively.
- Finish: Moderately lingering.
- Varietal: Bourbon, Pacamara, Sarchimor, Pacas, Catuai, and Caturra.
