Each month our Coffee Club members receive a special coffee that exemplifies the coffee’s origin and our roast style. This is an excellent way to sample a diverse selection of the world’s finest coffees without breaking the bank — and lock in your price (which includes shipping).

January: Rwanda Dry Process Mashesha
Mashesha is in the Rusizi District in Southwest Rwanda. The area sits at around 1125 MASL and has a great climate for dry processing the cherry. It is because of the dry processing that I was intrigued by this coffee.
Cupping Notes:
- Dry Grounds: Berries and cream, citrus zest, spice.
- Wet Grounds: Spice, cocoa, vanilla.
- In the Cup: Cocoa nib, citrus, apricot.
- Mouthfeel: Soft, silky.
- Finish: Moderately lingering, gently tannic.
- Varietal:Bourbon.
