Each month our Coffee Club members receive a special coffee that exemplifies the coffee’s origin and our roast style. This is an excellent way to sample a diverse selection of the world’s finest coffees without breaking the bank — and lock in your price (which includes shipping).

March: Papua New Guinea Timuza A
Papua New Guinea shares an island with Papua, Indonesia, and is just over 2 miles north of Australia. The Timuza Cooperative represents over 200 small-holder farms in the central highlands at 1420-1600MASL. The coffee is planted in black and brownish-red loam.
Cupping Notes:
- Dry Grounds: Sweet floral, caramel, earth.
- Wet Grounds: Spice, earth, cocoa, sweet.
- In the Cup: SCaramel, filbert, raw sugar, black tea.
- Mouthfeel: Soft and round.
- Finish: Gently lingering.
- Varietal: Arusha, Mundo Novo, and Typica.
