Each month our Coffee Club members receive a special coffee that exemplifies the coffee's origin and our roast style. This is an excellent way to sample a diverse selection of the world's finest coffees without breaking the bank — and lock in your price (which includes shipping).

May: Panamá Chiriquí Finca Los Cantares
Panama has garnered a name for itself, mostly associated with the famed Gesha variety. This coffee lot comes from The Los Cantares Estate, which devotes 125 acres to coffee plants of various varieties suited to specific microclimates. Altitudes range from 1500 to 1595 MASL.
Cupping Notes:
- Dry Grounds: Fruited with pastry and vanilla notes.
- Wet Grounds: Sweet, creamy, and softly fruited.
- In the Cup: Sweet honey, pastry, and apple tones.
- Mouthfeel: Sweet, round, and full.
- Finish: Gently lingering.
- Varietal: Catuai, Caturra.
