Micro Lot - El Salvador Cerro las Ranas

This coffee is grown by Jose Antonio Salaverria and his sons in Apaneca Ahuachapán, El Salvador, in volcanic loam between 1450 and 1780 MASL. The red cherries are processed, and the mucilage-covered seeds are taken straight to elevated tables on the patio to dry.

Cupping Notes:

• Dry Grounds: Floral, nutty, caramel, chocolate.
• Wet Grounds: Fruity, floral, caramel, cocoa.
• In the Cup: Apple and cherry fruit tones, floral, and raw honey.
• Mouthfeel: Crisp and lively.
• Finish: Moderately lingering.
• Varietal: Bourbon, Pacamara, Sarchimor, Pacas, Catuai, and Caturra.
