Processed at the privately run processing site Dogo Sudo. The lot was collected from farmers in a growing region called Gerba Loya that has a growing range between 2250 and 2350 MASL.

Cupping Notes:

  • Dry Grounds: Fresh berry, pastry, citrus zest
  • Wet Grounds: Citrus, clove, tropical fruit
  • In the Cup: Tropical fruit, citrus zest, black tea, spice
  • Mouthfeel: Silky smooth, soft, and round.
  • Finish: Soft, moderately lingering, sweet, and spice
  • Varietals: Heirloom cultivars
