Micro lot - Papua New Guinea Timuza A

Papua New Guinea shares an island with Papua, Indonesia, and is just over 2 miles north of Australia. The Timuza Cooperative represents over 200 small-holder farms in the central highlands at 1420-1600MASL. The coffee is planted in black and brownish-red loam.

Cupping Notes:

Dry Grounds: Sweet Floral, caramel, earth.

Wet Grounds: Spice, earth, cocoa, sweet.

In the Cup: Caramel, filbert, raw sugar, black tea..

Mouthfeel: Soft and round.

Finish: Gently lingering.

Varietals: Arusha, Mundo Novo, and Typica.
